Consider the ever-expanding Oxford Bibliographies, which you can search in an exploratory fashion from anywhere, but must be on the University of Washington campus to view in full. Oxford Bibliographies returns a number of entries when searched on Guantanamo, for example, including Jonathan Hafetz's annotated bibliography "Legal Perspectives on the US War on Terrorism" in the Oxford Bibliographies module on Criminology.
