Information Literacy at the Seattle Pacific University Library

Librarian Liaisons and Students

Liaisons consider the varied prior experiences with libraries that students bring with them to SPU. Informal surveys show that students have interacted with libraries in a wide range of ways from not at all to college level usage. Liaisons help students understand how the library resources, spaces, and services will fit into their academic life.

Liaisons administer a survey to students after certain IL sessions for feedback which is then used to improve instruction.
