SPU databases should link to SPU full-text quite automatically. Open-access databases will not, and UW databases you must be on the UW campus to use. See the handout below for additional help with procurement:

Seattle Public Library and King County Library System databases are accessible to anyone with SPL and KCLS accounts. University of Washington databases you must be within range of UW wireless to use.
