SPU Library Building Closed for Spring Break –Online Support for Teaching and Research Continues

March 20, 2020

In an effort to foster community health and help slow the spread of COVID-19, the Ames Library building is closed for Spring Break. 

Circulation of physical materials, including Summit items, is suspended during the closure. During this time, all due dates, fees, and fines will be suspended. Items may still be returned to the outside book drop or through the mail. If you have circulation questions or concerns, we’re available to help at

Library faculty and staff remain available to support faculty and students as they teach, research, and access resources online. See further details below.

Updates about hours and services will be communicated before the start of Spring Quarter.
