Sexual Assault Awareness Month: Resources

From the Office of Safety and Security

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). According to the Centers for Disease Control "sexual violence is a serious public health problem affecting the health and well-being of millions of individuals each year, with notably high rates among College students." At SPU, we are committed to creating a safe and healthy educational and workplace environment for all.  By promoting safe behaviors, thoughtful policies and healthy relationships, we can create safe and equitable communities where every person is treated with respect.

Please visit the Office of Safety and Security for more ways to learn about and address Sexual Assault.

If April is particularly activating for you, please reach out to the Student Counseling Center at scc@spu.edu
